1. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use features intended for adults. You may use the Service only where doing so is lawful. You are responsible for complying with the laws and rules that apply to you.

2. Nature of the Service

Oddzy provides statistical estimates, model-generated probabilities, live and scheduled sports information, historical analysis and research interfaces. Predictions are probabilistic estimates, not statements of fact. A high probability does not mean that an event will occur.

The Service is not betting, financial, investment, legal or professional advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions made using information displayed by Oddzy.

3. Live data, model output and accuracy

Scores, line-ups, schedules, player information and other data may be supplied by third parties. Feeds can be delayed, incomplete, corrected or unavailable. Models can be wrong, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Do not rely on Oddzy where an error or delay could cause personal, financial or legal harm.

Labels such as “validated”, “model estimate”, “research only”, “verified prior” or similar terms describe Oddzy’s internal evidence and publication standards. They are not promises of accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose.

4. Accounts and security

Where accounts are offered, you must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and promptly notify the support channel displayed in the Service if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity;
• interfere with security, availability, rate limits, data feeds or other users;
• scrape, harvest or copy the Service at scale without written permission;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract non-public source code, models or datasets;
• upload malware or use automated systems that create unreasonable load;
• misrepresent Oddzy predictions as guaranteed, official or independently certified;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Oddzy brand, interface, original text, software, model presentation, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of Oddzy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Sports names, team marks, athlete names, league marks and third-party data remain the property of their respective owners.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

7. Third-party services and links

The Service may depend on or link to third-party data providers, authentication services, app stores or websites. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately. Oddzy does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability or conduct.

8. Subscriptions

Free trial. A new Oddzy account gets 4 days of full access free of charge, with no payment details needed. The 4 days start when you confirm your email address; if you sign in with a provider that has already confirmed it, such as Google, they start when the account is created. The free trial is run by Oddzy. It is not an Apple introductory offer, and it never turns into a paid subscription by itself. Each email address can receive the free trial once: the address is normalised and matched using the one-way code described in our Privacy Policy.

When the free trial ends. Access to the Oddzy iOS app is locked for your account until you subscribe.

Plans and prices. Oddzy Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. It is currently available only in the Oddzy iOS app, through Apple in-app purchase, on these plans:

• ₹199 per month;
• ₹499 per 3 months;
• ₹799 per 6 months;
• ₹999 per year.

The price is shown in the App Store before you confirm a purchase, and may vary by country or region and with applicable taxes. A subscription is linked to the Oddzy account you are signed in to when you buy or restore it.

Billing and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings: on an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. After you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases under its own policies. Oddzy cannot issue App Store refunds; you can request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a subscription, the access it paid for ends.

Deleting your account. Deleting your Oddzy account does not cancel an App Store subscription. To stop future charges, cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

Apple. These Terms are between you and the operator of Oddzy, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. App Store purchases are also governed by Apple’s own terms.

A subscription pays for access to Oddzy’s analytics features only. It is not a stake, deposit or wager, and it does not buy a prize or a guaranteed outcome. Statutory consumer rights and any rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

9. Availability and changes

Oddzy may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, providers, sports, markets or model versions. We may perform maintenance or restrict access to protect users, data integrity or system security. Continuous or error-free availability is not promised.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Oddzy disclaims implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oddzy and its operators, personnel and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss arising from reliance on a prediction, delayed feed or third-party service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where these Terms are breached, where use creates a security or legal risk, or where necessary to protect the Service or others. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and dispute resolution survive termination where their nature requires it.

13. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the Service, law or business operations. The updated date will be shown above. Material changes may also be notified within the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
