Reporting a wrong result or forecast
Results come from licensed data providers, and a provider can publish a correction after an event settles. If a result looks wrong, email support@oddzy.in with the event name and date. Once a forecast has been recorded before an event starts, it is never rewritten afterwards, so corrections apply to results rather than to past forecasts.
Why a match shows no forecast
Oddzy withholds a forecast rather than publishing one it cannot support. A fixture shows no winner call when the evidence behind it is missing or incompatible — commonly when bookmakers have not yet priced the event, or when a provider has not supplied the inputs the model requires. The evidence label on each card states which case applies.
What the evidence labels mean
Market-informed means the forecast incorporates a de-vigged snapshot of published bookmaker prices. Model estimate means it comes from the historical model alone, without market input. Validated is reserved for models that have passed their chronological backtest. A label is never upgraded to make a forecast look stronger than its evidence.
Account help
To reset a password, use the reset link on the sign-in page. To close an account and delete the data associated with it, follow the instructions on our public account deletion page.
Mobile applications
The Oddzy apps for iOS and Android show the same schedules and forecasts as the website. If a card looks out of date, pull down to refresh: schedules are cached briefly so the app stays responsive.
